Seasky is a luxury apartment in the prestigious Prah View development in Praa Sands. With beautiful sea views and just a few minutes walk from the beach, in fact there is nothing besides a tennis court and sand dunes separating you from the beach.

Designed for those who like a little luxury, the owner has carefully designed a minimalist contemporary interior using high quality furnishings and fittings.

The South facing patio is a sun trap, perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffee or a cheeky glass of wine as the sun goes down over West Cliffs.

The apartment is well equipped with car parking, under floor heating, smart TV, new beds, mattresses and tasteful linens.

Dining Area/Lounge
Enjoying some of the best views of the house this open plan space has all you need for a beachside holiday. It’s modern, light and airy and has large windows to take advantage of the sea views.

A large sofa, bean bag and dining table for 4 will ensure all the family are comfortable. The 49″ Sony Ultra HD TV is also located here.

Fitted kitchen with brand new appliances and a high end finish including a breakfast bar. There is an array of built in AEG appliances including oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and the essential dishwasher. The property also comes with a washer/dryer and a wine cooler.

A zip and link bed will give flexibility to friends or families. It can either be a king or twin. A large built in wardrobe for storage.

The grassed area in front of the apartment is for use of residents of the apartments and we ask that no ball games are played in this area. There is plenty of open space for ball games on or near the beach.
